Scor-Pal Monthly Challenge

Hi, everyone!  This month's Scor-pal "More Than One Score" challenge is "May Flowers"!  I just LOVE the month of May and flowers on cards is one of my favorite themes!

To create the diagonal pattern, I simply aligned the top corner left corner of the front of the card (with it open) and the bottom right of the front along one of the scorelines on my Scor-Pal.  I scored from the top left corner down to the bottom right corner and then every fourth of an inch from there.  Please forgive me for not taking pictures of this technique!  It is fairly simple to do, as long as you make sure you have aligned the corners correctly along one score mark.

I created this card at the Minnesota Scrapbook Expo and was able to use a lot of fun things!  The flowers were colored using Ken Oliver Color Burst powders (which were very fun to play with) and a blending brush.  I added some super fun dimensional glitter paint to the flower centers from
Art Anthology then tied a bow to bring it all together.  :)

The beautiful flower stamp set and sentiment are from Penny Black.

Thank you so much for stopping by and I hope you join us this month for our "More than one Score" challenge!  :)
