The Hop will start on the Pretty Little Studio blog and end on the Love My Tapes blog, so head on over to the Pretty Little Studio blog if you are just joining in. We will announce the winners of the PLS and LMT giveaways on May 3rd, so be sure to be watching for the announcements. If you get lost along the way, just check below where you are to get you hopping in the right direction.

So let’s get hopping!

Now, you should have just arrived here from Heather's blog.

Here are is a card I made using a roll of LMT fabric tapes and an adorable die cut from Prettly Little Studio:

I stamped the background with various leaf stamps from GKDs Hope Grows stamp set using Memento inks.

I used one of the rolls from the "Camellia" fabric tape set and colored in the leaves to match my stamped images.  See pic below.  I also made a bow from the fabric tape keeping the backing paper in place to keep it from caving in.  :)

I couldn't help myself and just had to create a little card using this sweet image!

I made a striped background using two different LMT washi tapes and placed the sweet little cupcake queen right in the middle of them using foam dots.

Hope you've enjoyed the hop so far!  Off you go to Jenni's blog!

And here's the blog roll in case you get lost:

Ferns and Fiddles - watercolor

One of my favorite plants in nature are ferns.  I just love them! They have such a fairy tale aspect about them, plus a fun woodsy feel and if you know me you know I love being out in the woods.  When I saw this stamp set from Flourishes I just couldn't resist and had to get it. :)
Ferns and Fiddles
Isn't it lovely?  Well, being a nature lover it totally spoke to me! :)  I made a card using Faber-Castell Gelatos again, this time using some of the gorgeous ferns and fiddles images you see above.

I kept the card clean and simple, letting the beauty of the images do most of the talking.

I wish I had a better picture to show off the shimmer from the Gelatos--it is really pretty!

I'm entering this card into Moxie Fab World's "The Wonder of Watercolor Challenge".

Thanks so much for checking it out!

A little bit of watercolor

Hi, everyone!  Today I have a card I made for a couple of challenges using Faber-Castell Gelatos to create a watercolor effect.  :)

This gorgeous image is from a stamp set called "Garden Picks" by Flourishes and I colored it using red, pink, dark green, light green and silver Gelatos.

Here is an up close shot of the flowers.

I'm entering this card into Flourishe's Timeless Tuesday challenge #217 called "Wedded Bliss" and also into Moxie Fab World's "The Wonder of Watercolor Challege".

Thanks so much for stopping by!
