Greeting Card Gift Set

Ok, so this project was INCREDIBLY fun to make!  I was asked to create something for a door prize and in my search for a fun and creative gift card set I came across this tutorial by Angie Leach.  I had to change the dimensions of the inside card holder area to fit my many layered, embellished cards but the design is basically the same.  :)

I'm linking this up to Our Daily Bread Designs recipe challenge: to use three letters out of the word leaf.

Here is the "recipe" I used:
L: leaves (on the DP) E: embossing (on the die) F:Flowers (on the DP)

Here is the set in full!
I used Crate Paper's "Portrait" Collection do decorate the cards and purse with.

You can see how wide I made it to fit my extra embellished cards.  :)

Pocket for stamps!

Lined envelop with second type of paper.

Yup.  Even the pen matches!  :)

The card with decorated envelope.
That beautiful scroll-y, red piece is my FAVORITE Spellbinders die from the Fancy Tags 2.  The sentiment I chose is from Our Daily Bread Designs stamps, Thank You Sentiments.  You can't see it so well in this picture but it says, "to thoughful you from thankful me."  The flower image on the envelope is an Anna Griffin stamp.

Well, from what I heard they loved it!  Thanks so much for stopping by!
